Heber Valley Spa Master Bathroom Remodel

BeforeAfterThe story
This Heber Valley primary bath was stuck in 1985 — cultured marble vanity, brass faucets, a fiberglass tub-shower combo and a wallpaper border that nobody asked for. The homeowners wanted a true spa retreat that took advantage of the mountain views just outside the window. We gutted the room, relocated plumbing, and rebuilt it as a serene spa bath. A freestanding soaking tub now sits under the window, framed by a frameless glass walk-in shower with floor-to-ceiling marble slab walls. A floating walnut double vanity with a single-slab quartz top adds warmth, and matte black fixtures and warm wall sconces tie it all together. Large-format porcelain floor tiles, in-floor radiant heat and a curbless shower entry round out a bathroom that finally feels like the rest of the home.

FAQ
How long does a master bathroom remodel like this take?+
Six weeks on site for this project. We typically quote 5–8 weeks for a full down-to-the-studs primary bath in Heber and the Wasatch back.
Is a curbless shower a good idea in Utah?+
Yes — when waterproofing is done right. We use a fully bonded waterproof membrane system and a linear drain so the shower is both barrier-free and bulletproof against leaks. It also future-proofs the home for aging in place.
What did this Heber bathroom remodel cost?+
This one came in around $62–78k all-in. Slab marble walls, a freestanding tub and radiant heat are the biggest line items — we can scale any of those down to hit a different budget.
Do you handle the design or do I need a designer?+
Both options. Andre and our team can design the bath in-house with you, or we can build to your designer's plans. Most of our Heber Valley bathrooms are designed in-house.
