By accessing or using alphawolfconstruction.com (the "Site") or any service provided by Alpha Wolf Construction LLC ("Alpha Wolf", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

Alpha Wolf provides residential and commercial construction, remodeling, and design-build services in the State of Utah. All project scope, pricing, schedule, warranty and deliverables are governed by a separate written contract signed by both parties. Information on this Site is for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer.

Online cost ranges, blog content and project examples are illustrative. Actual pricing depends on a site visit, scope, materials and permits. Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

All content on the Site — including text, photos, before/after images, logos, blog posts and design elements — is owned by Alpha Wolf or its licensors and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, redistribute or reuse it without written permission.

By submitting messages, photos or project details through our contact forms, you grant Alpha Wolf a non-exclusive license to use that information to respond to your inquiry and provide services. Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information you do not want us to receive.

The Site may link to third-party websites (Instagram, Facebook, suppliers, etc.). We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by Utah law, Alpha Wolf disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Wolf and its owners, employees and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Liability for our actual construction services is governed exclusively by the signed project contract.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpha Wolf from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
